Work Stoppages: There are different forms of work stoppages. Strikes receive the most media coverage and are often the subject of television shows and movies. The reality is that strikes have tangible consequences for not only workers but also customers and communities.

• Identify a recent strike by a union in the United States that happened within the last 5 years.
• Consider a key issue from the management side. Consider a key issue from the union side. State both of these points in your post.
• Provide 2-3 ways in which the strike negatively impacted residents, customers, and/or communities where the company operated.
